"Worst mom ever!" Moment....

Hi ladies, I am sharing my " I am the worst mom ever" moment of the day, geez and it's only 10 am!!
So I took our son up to his crib and laid him down awake as usual and he went to his normal bouncing and jumping but then there was a moment where I thought I think he is telling me he poop....well just as I was getting ready to go check I saw on the monitor that he was laying down and fell asleep. After a minute I went to check and he was asleep and sure enough had pooped!! Now my poor son is taking a nap with a poop in his pants. I feel awful for choosing not to go check and chance disrupting his process of falling asleep.
Anyways, just for fun if you ever felt this way post your bad mommy moment.
Ps. I hope no one finds this post offensive because I don't think anyone that loves their baby is bad mom. We are all doing the best we can

I've had so many worst mom ever moments but one that is similar to yours was one day it was almost 109 and we had been in and out of the car all day (our car does not have good air conditioning in the back seat). I had never dealt with any of that before but had things to do. I knew DS wasn't feeling well from the heat so I put him to bed early. About an hour after I put him to bed he started screaming which was weird but I just let him cry because I knew he's self soothe which he did. A few hours later I was headed to bed and went to check on him. I opened the door and was hit by the smell of spit up and poop. He had thrown up all over his crib. His entire front was soaked. It was caked on his face and in his hair. It covered almost his entire crib sheet. I picked him up and stripped his bed and gave him a bath all while crying and telling him I was so so sorry.
Never making any of those mistakes again!! I felt horrible.
Also I've given DS food that was too hot and not realized it and his horrified face makes me feel like a terrible mom each time (its only been twice don't hate me)

I cut my oldest's finger nail to short once and she bled for like 2 mins. I cut them while she was sleeping and she never woke up but I felt absolutely terrible!!!! I was convinced I was the worst mother that ever walked on earth and cried for at least an hour and then harder when she woke up and I held her. When I repeated the story to her dad and to my mom I cried again. Who makes their child bleed how terrible.... the fact is these things happen they are not things that we do on purpose to hurt our children they are mistakes or accidents and the fact we feel like horrible parents when these things happen show we are wonderful parents.
