I want to apologize. I am truly sorry for anyone I have offended. I know DH and I have made some spur of the moment, on impulse decisions that weren't the greatest. My story is really freaking crazy and I promise it's not MUD. I have gotten some great advice from this board. Extremely useful, eye opening advice and I would like to continue to post here. I can't do this alone. DH is helpful but doesn't really see things in the same perspective as I do. The best advice was to ignore BM's crazy. It has helped out a lot on our end but hasn't stopped her from leaving random, off the wall messages.

To all who said BM would back off on the visits.. You were right. BM saw SD's that one time and hasn't been since. When we go back to court for contempt on BM, if the judge gives her another chance, we have found a place to supervise the visits but BM will have to pay them. BM's 4 missed visits were no call no shows on previously planned visits. SD turned 7 last week and is doing pretty good, considering. 7yo SD was very emotional this morning over random things while getting ready for school. I'm not sure why but she sees her main counselor Friday so I'm very grateful for that.

BM may also be prosecuted for claiming to have SD's on her SSI for I don't know how many months and she was getting $100. a month for each child. They are supposed to go to court for that on Friday. They were supposed to go on the 17th of last month but the state picked up the case against BM and our attorney's wife had her baby that week so he took some time off to be at home. BM is now "suing the attorney" haha.

I have left lots of things out of the update but first and foremost wanted to apologize if I acted an @ss. I am not perfect and don't try to be but I do want to look out for the best interest of my K's and SK's.

ETA: I was way off on the weight of the boxer. He weighs 173.

I have a terrible bump memory so I'm not sure what you have to apologize for. I vaguely remember people saying your boxer doesn't weigh 200 lbs. Since I don't remember I am not offended lol.

Well thanks. lol. I don't think I said anything mean or anything. I know I was really emotional. I'll have to go back and check the post. I think I may have acted a bit childish and said something about just not posting here anymore. :-/

One, we have no control over who does and does not post here. So come back if YOU want to. It's the internet. Seriously, come on.

Second, the things you tagged about were not offensive. But the one thing that no one likes to see around here is someone constantly making excuses for THEIR behavior and actions or lack thereof.

That being said, I'm glad things have calmed down for you all.

Yes I understand this, I just didn't want to be a burden.

That was part of the eye opening I was speaking of. I was being childish and making excuses for spontaneous and bad decisions.

As an aside, bc I'm that person, 173lbs is more than twice the size of the large side of the breed standard. Are you sure it's a boxer?

Yeah he is. I know, very large for a boxer. MH had both of his parents and they were both pure bred, also both big. He could be mistaken for a pit bull mix by looking at him but he's not. He is a very strong dog. I'm not sure why he is so big, his head is huge and he is very broad in the front.

I had a boxer years ago and she was barely over 100 lbs. There is no way I could control DH's dog on a leash if he wanted to go after something.

I'm not getting into the boxer conversation this time. Because I am also that person.

I would love to see a picture of him, though. If he is as big as you say he is then it would be worth looking at. I am a vet tech and have been for about 8 years. I have never seen such an example of a boxer.

Meh. No one is flaming her. Its just conversation. I think having a dog more than two times breed standards is insane. And fascinating. I mean if I said I had a 60lb pug, I would expect people to be curious about it. For me, I am more interested in her freakishly large (and thus poorly bred) dog than I am about the same old same old BM is crazy drama. But again, that's me.

Our weimareiner growing up was 120 lbs. He was a beast. He could rest his head on the counter. Once he nabbed the roast beef and mom chased him around the house. He used to also pull us on the sled when we were little. We know he was purebred, my aunt was the breeder. So I'm a believer in monster dogs.

Curly I have years in my eyes, after the Tom and Jerry comment above I am picturing your Mom chasing the dog as a real person and dog but in cartoon style with their legs silly fast and smoke.

Lol! If its a cartoon she has to have a giant meat fork in her hand. I don't know why but that makes it better in my mind.

I had a weim for a little while. I wanted to keep her so bad!!! She was close to 100 lbs at 9 months and thought she was a lap dog. lol

I'll have to get a pic of him today. I don't have any on here. videos but no pics. I have done PIPs only twice.. and they always disappear. Can someone tell me how to do it correctly? I have just attached a file before from my computer.
