Loss of symptoms

I'm new to this board, got my BFP yesterday at 4 weeks, 2 days. I had swollen breasts, bloated uterus, tired and a few other symptoms for a few days before. Today I woke up and they were all gone, with the exception of being tired. Has anyone had this happen? Was everything fine? It was nice "feeling" pregnant yesterday, now I'm just worried!

    Happens all the time. Probably once a week. And then they all come back stronger a day or two later. Don't worry. You'll feel it sooner or later. Or maybe not and then you're lucky and you should try to enjoy it. But I know what you mean. Symptoms are reassuring!

    Before I got my BFP I had tender breasts and some pinching/light cramping but all mine have gone away too.  I'm mostly really moody and really tired.
