2 month appointment

She's actually 10 weeks but the doctor is so popular that it took that long to get in. She had a great checkup. She's 60th percentile for weight. She was 90th percentile when she was born so I feel like we're doing well. I found out we have to go an extra hour between feedings now. Oh boy! My girl likes to eat a little bit more often. But it's good to get her used to this as soon as possible since I only have one more month left on maternity leave. She had her shots today and I was not looking forward to it. She did great. She didn't cry very long after I picked her up and seems to be just fine now. I am glad that's over.

How do I add a picture to my signature? I can't figure that out.

    Thanks for the picture help. I finally figured out how to do it. The size is pretty large, though. I tried to shrink it down in the window but it made the proportions look funny.

     

    As for the feeding on demand, we did try that when she was between 1-2 months. She was demanding too often and gaining too fast so we have to follow the schedule. She's doing just fine and gains about an ounce per day so she's not going hungry. I do plan to weigh her in a week and see how she's doing and of course if she's really hungry, I'll feed her. She hasn't had a problem yesterday or today. I had been feeding her every two hours but the doc said she doesn't need it.
