Nanny questions

Hello!  MH and I have decided to look into hiring a nanny for our infant DD vs sending her to daycare. I WFH and have a loose schedule and would love to still spend time with her but I also know I need help.

Can you ladies suggest some questions that I should ask duting an interview? Also, any websites where I can go look to get the process of hiring a nanny and the tax implications?

    I got a lot of information from care.com and we found our nanny that way. I made a detailed ad and then went from there, ultimately narrowing it down to 2 ladies.  I also just googled nanny interview questions and found a ton of stuff.  Our accountant gave us all the tax info we needed and my husband set up our tax id very easily.  It's a pretty simple process from what he told me.  We keep a spreadsheet that shows her paychecks each week and the withholding.  She gets a copy and we keep one that we use as we pay our taxes quarterly.  It's kind of like a pay stub type thing.
