Week? Fruit/ veggie? 7 Weeks/Squishy is the size of a blueberry

How are you feeling? Exhausted - not really wanting to eat anything but fruit and breakfast sandwiches. M/S isn't too bad - mostly dry-heaving.

Upcoming appointments? Updates? We just had our first appointment yesterday. We were able to hear the heart beat. All is well with Squishy. Being able to hear the heart beat made this very real! Next appointment is Oct. 15 for blood work and another u/s.

Rants or raves? Not bump related - my husband is a gov contractor and has to take either vacation time or unpaid leave because of the shutdown. Unlike fed workers, he definitely has no chance of back pay if he takes unpaid leave. Ugh.

GTKY: Do you or SO have a favorite holiday tradition you will/have pass(ed) on to your LO(s)? A few for sure! New Christmas pajamas to wear on Christmas Eve and baking holiday cookies. I can't wait to read all the books and watch all the classic holiday movies with my LO.

Rants or raves? I hate moving, our lease was up on our rental home and our house is still a few weeks from being finished, living in my parents guest house right now. My life is in limbo and I am not coping well. Ha!

Thanksgiving Eve (haha) is a huge Bon fire at my brothers house with different soups and hot drinks
Football on Thanksgiving,
Christmas Eve is a giant multi family game night with heavy snacking until Midnight Mass, then one present is opened before bed, (pajamas and Christmas book). We loove the Holidays!

Rants or raves? RANT: Progesterone supplements make pregnancy symptoms worse.....regardless of how high the level, you still have to take them until 12 weeks.....
RAVE: Doughnuts are awesome!

GTKY: Do you or SO have a favorite holiday tradition you will/have pass(ed) on to your LO(s)? We have lots of holiday traditions, but since it is October, we have taught our children the art of getting as much candy as possible by going to multiple events in the area

Good morning ladies

Week? Fruit/ veggie? 6/sweet pea

How are you feeling? Morning sickness has ramped up this past week and the nausea comes and goes throughout the day. Fatigue comes and goes too. Boobs are pretty sore. Some issues with gas and bloat.

Upcoming appointments? Updates? Viability scan tomorrow! I'm excited to have made it to this point but also really nervous about what we'll see. Hoping all is well.

Rants or raves? I chose not to take a full-time job this semester (temporary) and just sub instead. The rave part of that is that I've been able to relax at home and not have to worry about dragging my sorry butt to work on days where I've felt crappy. The rant part is that I've only gotten one call in the last two weeks and no work = no pay. I don't think most of my teacher contacts know I'm available again so I'm going to have to start putting myself out there more aggressively soon, like it or not.

GTKY: Do you or SO have a favorite holiday tradition you will/have pass(ed) on to your LO(s)? Church, cabbage rolls for dinner, then presents on Christmas Eve with my side of the family.

@mattsgirl2004 I'm okay I saw that the Wednesday ticker was done so figured all well . Hopefully I'm here until the end with this pregnancy.

Week? Fruit/ veggie? I'm an Olive Awesome!!! 9 weeks.

How are you feeling? Okay, boobs are still sore and I'm nauseous more at night.

Upcoming appointments? Updates? My next appt. is 10/18. I had a sono last week and baby looked good. I couldn't get the heart beat because the machine they used was a bit out dated.

Rants or raves? Rants: I just want the appt to come soon because I lost my baby at 9 weeks but I didn't know until I hit 12 weeks.

GTKY: Do you or SO have a favorite holiday tradition you will/have pass(ed) on to your LO(s)? We are Spanish so we do Christmas eve to celebrate the birth of Jesus.

Feeling- tired and moody (poorDH&DC)

Appointment today - just consents and labwork paperwork... No doctor or seeing baby

... But my ob office is annoying in that untill you attend this "class" where you sign this paperwork and get information you can't even schedule an actual appointment... Which is insane considering A. This is my 3rd go around and B. I am a registered nurse. Don't get me wrong, the class is great for first time moms and other moms who have bigger gaps between kids, but for me it's a waste of time, when I could be seeing my LO on the soon screen or hearing a heartbeat... *end rant*

Holidays- we do both Christmas and Hannukah ( I was raised Jewish and him, catholic) in general I feel all religions have the same moral basis... And that's what I am after for my children... Judge if you want but we will have a Christmas tree and a menorah this holiday season

How are you feeling? - Not to awful, not to great. Just run down. Last week M/S was awful, this week I'm not feeling as bad (but am also eating like crap.

How are you feeling? Great. Trouble sleeping now & then because I have to get up to pee & then cannot fall back asleep.

How are you feeling? Mostly, pretty good. Not much of an appetite, so not much food sounds very good, but no actual aversions. And my boobs are sore occasionally, but I do think they are growing..woo hoo B cup here I come

Upcoming appointments? Updates? Not until 10/25...can't wait!

Rants or raves? Super glad that netflix got season 3 of walking dead this week so when I am feeling tried/blah I have something to watch!

Well, we just got married a year ago, and moved away from out families, so we are still trying to create/figure out our own traditions. Probably going to watch football on Thanksgiving and open one gift on Christmas Eve

Hope to start creating some more this year!!!

How are you feeling?
Not the greatest. Finding food I can stomach is a constant struggle. If I take zofran at night it keeps me from getting so sick in the morning so that's a plus!

Upcoming appointments?
Another ultrasound on the 21st to check for the dividing line. Fingers crossed they find it!

Rants or raves?
I had Taco Bell for lunch and was still hungry! But it tasted good:)

We're still debating on that one. I want to open one present on Christmas Eve. My H is German and apparently Santa comes Christmas Eve when you're at church then you come home and open the presents. I'm having a very hard time understanding his side! Not opening presents on Christmas morning?!

How are you feeling? sleep is all screwed up and the ta-ta's are just painful. I'm a little scared as 5 weeks is when my last LO stopped developing.

Upcoming appointments? Updates? HCG was up on Monday, which was great...now it's the long wait to the first US on the 18th. I yearn to see that little heat beat!

Rants or raves? No, so unusual for me.

Like I have not slept in days. Nauseous, heart burn started today, so that's awesome too.

Don't go back until 10/24 to see ob then 10/30 for another us and panorama blood panel. No other news.
Rants or raves?
All I want is salty food even though I know I shouldn't. Someone next to me on the train has fries right now and I am physically restraining myself from snatching the bag from his hand.
Still just feel blessed to be creating this little life inside me and in aw of the miracles of life.

Week? Fruit/ veggie? 8 weeks, raspberry!!

How are you feeling? Exhausted, fatigue has been hitting me hard the past few days. . Still sometimes nauseous and appetite can be weird, but no vomiting. Yesterday I was starving for lunch ate five bites and felt super full and uncomfortable, today I was a little hungry when we went for dinner and I ate pretty much the whole loaf of bread from my bread bowl. Having a lot of gas and bloating, still have sore boobs, and still peeing more than normal.

Upcoming appointments? Updates? Had our first appt yesterday! Getting to see the hb was an amazing experience, and makes it a lot more real. I also found out I have a subchorionic hematoma which is probably why I had spotting early on. I go back on October 30th to meet with my OB and get my NT scan. Still going back and forth on having the scan, but for now it is scheduled.

Rants or raves? Unrelated to pregnancy, but I hate working where I work sometimes, and I hate hating it because I love my job. I got called to a meeting Monday about all the overtime I have been getting lately and I feel like my boss is basically telling me to do a shitty job so I get out on time. Our lease is up in March but with a baby on the way we won't be able to think about moving away for a little while, which means I probably have to commit another year and a half to working at this hectic pace. On a happy note I told my sister yesterday, she went from squealing in excitement to fake crying because I live in a different state.

GTKY: Do you or SO have a favorite holiday tradition you will/have pass(ed) on to your LO(s)? I love Christmas and am pretty set on my family traditions. One present opened Christmas Eve after church, usually PJs. Christmas stockings get opened first thing, Christmas breakfast is my favorite and we always have cinnamon rolls, eggs, and bacon, then we open presents one at a time.

KaraS12 DH is pretty excited the Walking Dead is now on netflix as well, it seems like we have been waiting for forever, we will probably start watching next week on our days off.
