AW: birthday invite photos

I attempted photos on Sunday for her birthday invites. I don't have a theme for her party: just pink and gold, I can't really figure out what I want to do. The text on the invite says "We can't believe its been a full year, Abby's 1st birthday is finally here". Along the side of the invite are photos from her "months" (Just 5 that I thought showed a good range of development and change).

this is the main picture.

Taken during round 2. Round one didn't yield anything I was in love with, but I did get a few. She was not in love with being outside. She also didn't want to look at me, even thought DH was standing behind me trying to help.

During Round 1 one of the balloons popped on her and she blew up. I of course captured it. This is on the back of the invite. Its funny because people don't believe that she cries...ever. She does have a very happy temperment and I'm extremely thankful for that, but she can also have her fair share of hissy fits. (The words are close to her for layout purposes. The invite had a portrait not landscape photo, so I had to make it work).

So cute!!! We are going to take our own as well but I need to get him an outfit. Invites will go out in a month so I need to get a move on.

Love them! I am having a tutu outfit made with her name and a "1" on it, as soon as it is done we will take some pics.

I think I want to do a tutu for the cake smash. But I can't decide. I can't find a tutu outfit that I like. Pinterest has told me how I can make one,but i'm not sure I can pull it off.
