how early did you get your bfp?

Hello ladies ! First timer here. Dh and I have been trying since February 2013. I unexpectedly got my bfp last Tues, 9-24. The only thing is, I'm not sure how far along I am. My LMP was Aug 31st, but my cycles are short, about 24 to 26 days usually, so I feel like I would have ovulated early. I didn't do any opks this month so I'm not 100% sure when I ovulated. Going off my LMP, my due date would be about 6-7-14, and I'd only be about 4 w 3 d pregnant, but that would mean I got a positive test at 3 w 3 d. Is that possible? I know that I'll know when I go to the Dr, I'm just trying to compare experiences. Sorry for the long post.

I got mine at 3w 3 days. I was 9 days post ovulation, which was confirmed with temping. It's possible

I POS at 8dpo(was charting), and got the faintest of lines. My husband said he couldn't see it, but it was there. Took another 11dpo and it was obviously positive.

I got mine 10 DPO, or 3w 5d. It was really faint, but I don't think your situation is unheard of!

My LMP started August 31, but I ovulated much earlier than normal - I usually O around CD15-17, and this month, I happened to catch it before ovulating on CD13. And somehow got pg. Crazy.

First BFP was at 13DPO, with BFNs at 9 and 11 DPO.

Based on my LMP, my EDD would be 6/7, but based on O it'd be 6/5. Not that it REALLY matters in the grand scheme of things.

My last AF was 8/29. My average cycle is around 25 days. I am not sure if my due date is 6/2 based on my shorter cycles or 6/5 based on the standard 28 cycle calculators adhere to. Regardless, I tested on 9/20 and there was an extremely faint line.

It is hard to tell for sure unless you have been charting. For example - pre baby #1, my cycles were 28 days, but I ovulated late - like CD17ish - I just had a short LP. Post baby #1 my cycles were only around 25-26 days, but I ovulated on CD 15 ish - still had the short LP. So it is possible to have a short cycle and still ovulate around CD 14. But it is also possible to have a short cycle and ovulate "early".

Oh, and I haven't ever got a BFP before 13 DPO - go figure. But is is possible to get a BFP at 9 DPO.

I got a positive (digital) 3 days before my period was due and I'm on short-ish cycles (25 days). So about 12 days DPO.

That is possible, that'd be 9 or 10 DPO, and I got mine at 10 DPO. I ovulated on September 4th and I also have short cycles - usually 23ish or so days.

I got a squinter on 9 dpo and a definite positive on 10 dpo, so 3 weeks, 3-4 days. Tried a digital for the first time on 12 dpo and got an immediate positive.

I got mine at 3 wks 3 days as well. I was 9dpo. I actually had 2 squinters at 7 dpo but didn't really believe them!

My LMP was August 31 too! And we've been TTC since February! I got a VERY faint positive today at 13dpo, so almost 4 weeks

@beasley1114 I also tend to have short cycles, but I ovulate late. I would just base your due date on the first day of your last period. and in your case you may not really know how far along you are until you have your first ultrasound.

Thanks for all the info. I was better at keeping track of things but towards the end I kind of slacked. I should also mention I took one of those tests on Saturday that measure hcg in the urine and tell you approximately how many weeks you are post ovulation. On Saturday it read 1-2, meaning I could be 3-4 weeks, today it read 2-3, meaning I could be 4-5 weeks. Made an appt for October 28th. Can't wait to know for sure!

i tested at 14dpo with a FRER and got a quick and clear BFP however I was already 3 days late for AF.

I got my first bfp at 3w2d with my daughter. This pregnancy, I didn't get my first bfp until 3w4d, but that line was seriously barely visable. I really questioned if I was just seeing things.

My LMP was August 31st as well. I was charting this cycle, so I know for a fact that I ovulated on CD18, which was September 17th. I got a very faint line with an internet cheapie of the evening of 7DPO, which was September 24th also. I confirmed with a digital on 9DPO. It is definitely possible to get a positive that early!

I got mine at 10 DPO with this pregnancy. It was somewhat light that day but I was able to get a positive on a digital that afternoon. By 11 DPO, the line was very dark.
