It's to let other people know that there maybe something in a person's signature that could be painful/difficult to see. Some women on this board are pregnant with their rainbows and have tickers to reflect that and it could be very hard for loss moms, especially new loss moms to see that. It lets someone know to skip over that post or comment if they want.

The only things I can think of are pregnancies and other children. Oh and if you have pictures of your other children in your signature, especially of them as babies, a signature warning should be added.
