  I've had a placenta previa. Last ultrasound at 27 weeks it was borderline between low-lying and previa. It sounds like it's still possible for mine to move up further. I haven't had any bleeding, but have been on pelvic rest since 16 (?) weeks when it was diagnosed.

  Married 8/2008. IVF with PGD March 2013.
  3/22 ER: 25R, 20M, 15F. 9 genetically normal, and 3 survived to Day 5
  3/27 ET: transferred 1 embryo, beta 9dp5dt=163, 12dp5dt=639
  4/25 1st ultrasound at 7 weeks = identical twins with heartbeats?!!!

  PPROM at 31w, delivery at 32 weeks of two beautiful girls

  I had partial placenta previa with DS#1. They found mine at my 18 w a/s, we watched it till the end and it didn't move, the c/s wasn't bad and as my OB said it was the worst case scenario, healthy baby is the goal. Anyway, I didn't have any bleeding with the previa, but this pg I had a SCH and bled at 10-12 weeks. I hate you are going through all this. Hope they both resolve soon.

  TTC#1: 14 months on our own (did HSG, b/w, SA);
  BFP on Cycle 14--TWINS! Identical twin boys stillborn at 19wks(1/9/10)
  3 break cycles; took clomid 50mg, BFP #2 Beta #1 35, Beta #2 338!!! Owen was born 2/11/11! 
  TTC#2: 4 cycles on clomid: BFNs
  BFP #3: Cycle #5 100mg clomid; beta #1 21; beta #2 6=CP 
  Cycle #6 break cycle TTC no meds=BFN
  Cycle #7: 150 clomid+ovidril+IUI=BFN (switched to RE)
  Cycle #8: follistem+ovidril+TI=BFN
  Cycle #9 Forced break due to cyst
  Cycle #10 follistem+ovidril+TI=BFN
  Cycle #11 follistem+ovidril+TI=BFN
  Cycle#12 Forced break due to cyst, went on BCP; did repeat HSG, Saline U/S
  Cycle #13 IVF: Follistim/Menapur ER 11-30 11 eggs, 5 mature, 4 fertilized and 3dt on 12-3; BFN
  Cycle #14: IVF#2 lupron/follistim/menopur ER 1-22, 19 eggs, 14 fertilized, 5dt on 1-27, BFP!! beta 1: 63, beta 2: 119; EDD 10-15-13; 1 frozen embie

  Miracle Surprise BFP, EDD 10-1-15; saw HB great Betas, 11weeks lost baby MC at home

  I was just diagnosed with complete placenta previa. I had some spotting at 10 weeks (for about 5 days) and then last week I had a bleed followed by 5 days of spotting. My Dr. thinks it will move since it is still so early. She also said I should expect to bleed the whole time

  I had a marginal previa in my last pregnancy & it had moved by early 3rd tri. This time things look similar. FX it will move for you too, it just may take some time.

  Lurking, hope you don't mind. I had the same thing with my pregnancy. It was discovered at 17 weeks after I woke up bleeding on a business trip (talk about a scare!!). Less than 2 weeks later it had corrected itself. I bled initially on my business trip, it stopped quickly but would re-appear on and off for a few days if I overdid it. I found the best thing was to lay low! Good luck!

  Thanks ladies! I saw my ob yesterday and he's optimistic it'll move since we are seeing it so early. He didn't take me off work but said to take it easy when I can and to stop if I have cramping that's bad & persists. He also said to expect bleeding off & on till its gone. So far it seems I bleed the worst in the morning when I first get up & tapers to spotting throughout the day.

  Me:29 DH:29  TTC since 1/11 Dx: unexplained IF/early DOR/immune issues 
  

  Feb'12- July'12-testing(all clear minus slight arcuate ute), 3 IUI with clomid all BFN
  8/30IVF#1 Antagonist protocol- ER 9/11-8R, 7M, 5F. 

  ET 9/14 2 embies transferred. 1 10cell Grade 4, 1 8cell Grade 4. No frosties. BFN
  IVF#2 Antagonist protocol plus baby aspirin- ER 12/5-16R, 12M, 8F!
  ET 12/10 5dt! 1 fully expanded blast & 1 early blast. No frosties. BFN

  I was diagnosed with a partial previa at 14 weeks because of spotting.  At my anatomy scan it was still partial.  At 30 weeks it had migrated far enough away from cervix that I am all clear for a vaginal delivery.  My OB said over 90% of previa's correct themselves!  Good luck!
