I'm curious which one you prefer and how do you fit in your schedule?
I have a gym membership but haven't been since February! I'm torn on whether to keep it or not. I'd really like to start a routine again but right now I feel like I have barely enough time for myself. Between work, pumping, washing bottles, dinner, taking care of the LO and prepping for the next day there's not much time left to work out. I thought about getting up early but I'm already up 5:45 and that's a struggle especially since my LO is not STTN.
So if you do work out, how heck do you find time and where do you work out?
Re: NBR-working out: gym or home?
This is me... plus, I don't really have the funds for a membership.
I usually do p90x video during DS's first nap while my older child runs around me.
