TTCAL Awards Voting! I need some opinions & feedback.

I've gotten a few PMs recently addressing how the voting will work.
In a nutshell, the voting will be via a large survey over at Survey Monkey that I will create after the nominations are over. I've created an account already so I can familiarize myself with how that works.
The PMs I've gotten express some concern over sharing the link to said survey on TTCAL. There is some worry and rightly so that lurkers (and by lurkers I mean unregistered members) will open the survey and vote which may ultimately skew the results. To avoid this, I've thought of perhaps limiting the number of times 1 IP address can vote but really that doesn't take care of the fact that people from outside the community can simply head over to the survey monkey site and vote regardless.
Does this concern you? Are you worried about it?
The only solution I can come up with is inviting people via email. I believe there is a function on survey monkey that allows me to send email invites to those who are interested in voting. Would this be something you are interested in? Would you feel comfortable sharing your email address with me for the purpose of the awards?

I say just post the link to the survey because it's worked in the past. It seems like a lot of work, could get really complicated, and dissuade a lot of less active members from voting.
