6 weeks and heartburn

I thought I had a upper respiratory infection as my chest was burning. Then I got to thinking... I have no other infection symptoms. Is this heartburn?

    It sounds like it is. I've had mild heartburn everyday since I found out I was pregnant.

    I had heart burn for a couple weeks, but gone this week. Didn't hAve it this early with my daughter!

    I can't say heartburn has ever felt like a respiratory infection to me but if it is heartburn that you're experiencing, try drinking lots of water and snacking on saltines or other plain, dry things that can help absorb the excess acid. Tums can also help.
