Can't pee!

I'm at the doctors office and I have to give a urine sample before they call me back. This is nuts! It's like my bladder is on lock down. Probably nerves. Im sitting here drinking more water and hoping for the best.

    Run the sink! I have a very shy bladder and that helps calm me at the doctors office

    AHHH that sucks! I know the feeling, I can't ever pee on command. My last pregnancy my OB let me take home a bunch of pee cups, and I could just bring it in with me when I came. If this is a common problem with you, ask if they will let you do that! It saved me soo much time!! Good luck!!!

    Ok got it! Lol
    I went back to the restroom and the nurses were no longer congregating in the hall so the stage fright went away. Crazy considering I have to pee every 10 minutes lately!

    I have trained my bladder to pee on command.

    I wonder if I can train my baby to do that... ;)

    I have the same problem. I usually have to down as much liquid as I can on the way over. Then they get behind at the office and I'm close to bursting by the time I go back.
