Level 2 nips

So LO has always been a great eater (he's EFF). He would drink his bottle relatively quick, burp, and be done for 3-4 hours. The last week or so he's dragging it on into a whole event, taking an hour to finish a bottle, him spitting it out, me having to offer it to him every 5 mins hoping he will drink more. Well I switched over to level 2's and, he's back to the efficient little eater that he was!
No questions, just thought I'd post it incase it may be helpful to someone going through a similar situation

DS is 6 months now, but around 3.5 months we switched to level 2's, too. He didn't seem to have a problem with the level 1's .. but since his feedings were going from 2, 3, 4, and plus ounces, it would take forever for him to finish! So we gave him level 2's and he struggled on the first bottle but is a champ ever since. I don't see bumping to level 3's any time soon.

We had tried the fast nipples (only two speeds with Playtex here) at 2.5, 3, 3.5 and 4 months. He wanted nothing to do with it.

Then magically at 4.5 months he took to it.

It used to take over 45min for a 6oz bottle, and now, it takes under 15min for an 8oz bottle. Burped and changed, too. Amaze balls!

I was wondering the same thing! My lo just turned 3 months and he usually takes awhile to finish (unless he is super hungry). He takes his biggest bottle before bed (5 oz) and it takes 20-30 minutes to get through it. Doesn't help that he falls asleep before he's finished and then I cant get him to burp. We are still on level 1 nipples but I guess we should try out the level 2!
