My water broke at 7:15 EST. I didn't know what to do, because I've had small gushes before. The OB told me a couple of times at my regular visits that it's just watery cervical fluid This gush was enough to completely soak my underwear. I called my husband and OB and drove myself to the hospital.
I was up in triage for awhile. 2 positives and 1 negative test for amniotic fluid. They finally had to send it to the lab. It came back positive!
They will be starting pitocin soon. Thoughts and prayers please. I took my last dose of heparin around 2:30 AM. Not sure if they will have to reverse it or not.
So excited to be a mommy!!

I'm a little late to this post, but I think heparin is in and out in 6 hours. Which is why we have to take it more often then Lovenox!
