If you triggered Saturday evening? The nurse told me Sunday and Monday. If we did early in the morning then should we do it again this evening? And Monday morning? Monday night seems too late!

If your nurse told you Sunday and Monday, then I would do just that. You've checked today off the list, so I'd do it again tomorrow. GL!

Triggers typically release egg 36 hours after the shot so you can do 24 and 48 hours after shot to have had sex both twelve hours before and after ovulation. Or if you're morr of a morning sex kind of gal this morning and tomorrow. And finally if you hve no known MFI issues and you want to HIO that much you can do it tonight and tomorrow. But personally I'd want at least 24 hour recovery for dh so I'd just do it twice.

I would do what the nurse said. We have no MFI issues and our RE said we could have sex twice in a day if we wanted. I would wait though and just do once each day.
