? for mommies who have stopped BF'ing

So, I have officially stopped breastfeeding. It's a little bittersweet but I feel like I was ready to be done. It's hard not to feel a bit guilty though. It was just the right time for me to stop and I feel like I did my best for my little girl. Did any of you feel guilty once you stopped?

Also, (and maybe TMI) when does Aunt Flo show her ugly face again? Should I expect it sooner than later? How long did it take for your period to get back to normal?

    I am still BFing and pumping and still managed to have 3 total visits from Aunt Flo since Mikey was born Sad ...so I can't help you there!!!!

    Was it hard to wean Riley???

    No, it wasn't too hard. Since she was born I supplemented with formula when I had to and she got bottles because I pumped a lot so she was use to getting a little bit of everything. I think that helped make it go smoothly.

    Oh, and of course I would nurse when I could but that was usually at night and in the mornings.
