Hi all! I had registered for an Ergo as it seemed the best for me with a wide base for proper hip/leg placement. I didn't get it and now I've been offered a used infantino or snugli carrier. Anyone have experience with either? I'm kind of confused about how to wear babies correctly. Tia!
Re: Infantino or snugli carriers?
They also don't distribute weight well so it makes it uncomfortable for the person carrying the baby.
Also infantino as a brand doesn't have a great safety record.
If you are looking for an inexpensive babywearing option, a moby is easy to learn and not very pricey... you can also easily make one.
If you are at all crafty making a mei tai is a great option- I used this tutorial- https://www.afullerday.com/2008/01/diy-hood-to-headrest-mei-tai-tutorial.html

If it doesn't work out, I will switch to an Ergo though.
DON'T do this! Fake Ergos are everywhere. Do not buy an Ergo unless you can confirm that it is a real one.
