I converted Amir's crib to a day bed. It's maybe 6in of the ground including mattress. He slept in the actual crib for maybe 5 times so I said whatever and called it a day. I'm curious about everyone else's lo

He'll stay in his crib until he's two or he tries to climb out of it.

Around the start of the new year we will switch DD to a toddler but that's only because the new baby will use the crib.

He sleeps in his crib. We plan to do that for as long as we can.

Right now he's in his crib. Around the first of the year we'll be switching to the PNP so 2.0 can sleep in the crib when she's ready (since I see no point in buying a second crib).

She is still in her crib. I am not sure when we will move her.
I moved DD1 at 20 months, because I had DD2.
DD2 moved when we moved to our first house. She was seventeen months or so.
DS was out of the crib when we took custody of him. He is 2 and a half and sleeps in a queen sized bed like DD1&2.

I am in the boat of keeping him in it until he tries to climb out. I like the security that comes with sticking him somewhere and knowing he can't escape and get hurt or cause mischief.
