Hi Ladies,
I'm finally recovering from my tonsillectomy! So now that I'm not in a pain medicine induced slumber and can actually be awake to be on here (lol) I should be able to be a little more regular here again. 
The recovery was miserable at first, but after about a week I woke up and I suddenly just felt SO much better. It feels good to be back to normal again.

Also, I've been working part time as a bartender at a local sports bar where I live.. and I've been doing really well there. I was, originally, on the hunt for a new full time job.. but my husband and I talked about it, and I talked to my boss, and we have decided that I am just going to work there full time and go back to school online. I not only have been averaging more money working there than I was at my old job, but I am much happier doing it! I have so much fun there and while I know it's not a permanent solution, it is definitely going to be enough for now and is a lot more flexible.. which will make going to school and working there much easier.
Now, for my good news. As many of you know, a few months ago my husband and I hit a rough patch. One of the things he said that caused this was that he just wasn't ready to TTC again and felt like he was being pressured into it. So, when we worked things out, I obviously had to be benched. I tell this story differently IRL because I sadly can't be as open with my IRL friends, lol. Anyway, last night was the first time since my surgery that I was feeling up for sex, and DH was going nuts.. and literally mid-deed DH says to me, "Will you please stop taking your birth control?" (Anybody else I just tell them we were lying in bed when he asked me this, :P ) and I just stopped what I was doing and said "Excuse me?!" He said he's been doing a lot of thinking, and especially now that I'm in a position where I can be home a lot more and me not working as much isn't putting a damper on us financially, he is ready for a baby.. as long as I am.
I'm not sure what changed his mind, but I couldn't be happier. I was anticipating being on the bench for at least a year if not more. We talked about it again today, just in case the few beers he had yesterday was clouding his judgement, and we decided we're going to NTNP for awhile. I still have my BBM and some OPK's, but at least for a few months I'm just not going to take my birth control and see what happens. I am so stinkin' happy. 
Sorry this got so long.. here are some yummy drinks for making it this far! :P

John Joseph was born on 12/12/14 at 7 lbs. 11 oz. He is the most beautiful rainbow baby we could have wished for!
