What is tingling in the belly button?

Im 11 weeks today, and since about 6 to 7 weeks I get this weird tingling feeling in my belly button kind of like something n there is moving it or pulling it. Does anyone know what it could be? It just feels strange.

    I am 10 weeks and I am having the same feelings. It makes me urge to rub my belly button. Feels like an itch. I have also noticed my belly button purging outwards. I wish I knew what it was exactly. I often associate it with the umbilical cord.

    It's just the uterus stretching, all those muscles are attached.  Nothing to worry about it.

    OMG! For the past month I'd say I've been getting the same thing! So weird! It feels funny too. When I asked doctor about it she said it was normal. Just your body changing!
