Funny baby!!

Well, I'm sitting in my car in the garage waiting for baby cakes to wake up. She passed out on my 20 minute outing and I don't want to wake her up and risk napping too close to bedtime, so I'm playing on my phone to pass the time

Here is a funny from today-

DD was happily sucking on some apple slices at breakfast today. I gave her some scrambled eggs too. She grabbed a handful of eggs and shoved it in her mouth. The look on her face was a total 'WTF' look and she spit out the eggs and threw what was left in her hand about 6 feet! DH and I lost it! It was so darn funny! I wish we had it on camera!

Lol! So cute. I love those unexpected funny moments.
Mine doesn't really translate unless you were there but here goes....
Sweet tarts are DS's favorite treat right now. He ate a little roll of them and headed over to the pantry and proceeded to ask for more. I told him no and to shut the pantry. He then gets the cutest little smirk on his face and said "sweet tarts one more please". I just bust out laughing because he was totally trying to sweet talk me and it worked!

DD recently learned how to make the "E" sound at the end of words, so "mama" has become "mommy", "dada" is now "daddy". And blueberries is now "boobies". Which she shouted repeatedly at the grocery store this morning as we walked through the produce section. $:\$ ">

This AM I went to get DD out of bed in just my t shirt since I had been asleep. The first thing she said when I walked in was "clothes on, mommy!" And she insisted I put go back and put on pants!

Love the egg flinging!! J loves being in front of the fan. It ruffles her hair and she breaks out into a huge grin! She also giggles when I snugge her close and my breath tickles her cheek/ear/neck!

Thanks for posting this @kmc84. E was such a challenge this weekend. She is all about testing boundaries and pushing as far as she can. So it was a pretty rough weekend. Thanks for the reminder to appreciate the small things.
I blow on E's food to make sure it isn't too hot for her. She has recently started trying to blow on her food too. Except she doesn't really know how to blow, so she blows up and blows her hair instead of blowing on her food. It's hilarious, and even she thinks so. She also just learned "uh oh" so everything is "uh oh!" Very cute.

Last night we put Hannah to bed, she cried for a bit. Kept crying so my husband went in to check on her. She was on her hands and knees on the opposite side of the crib staring at us. (Her door was open) I don't think she knew how to lie down again lol. She was asleep within minutes of hubby lying her down. We thought it was funny.

G tried solids over the weekend. She couldn't get enough! She eventually resorted to sucking on the high chair tray so she could get every last bit of avocado. I died.

We have been loosely PTing DS. He gets the chance to pee on the potty in the morning, before and after his nap, and before bed. If he does he gets a coupl of m&ms. He always says, "Want to pee on the potty and get m&ms." So today I had to use the bathroom and said to DS that I was going to peepee in the potty. DS barged into the bathroom and exclaimed, "Mommy went pee in the potty! Mommy gets m&ms!" I was cracking up and did treat myself to a couple of m&ms.

I have another funny moment I had to share! First let me preface it with saying my inlaws are teaching my son Vietnamese. He mostly speaks English at this point but understands a lot of Vietnamese and speaks a few words sometimes.
While at the park today an older 7 year old kid was being wild and jumping off the slide into the sand. DS looks at the kid and says "con khi" which means monkey! Lol! I could not stop laughing and the kid was so confused.
