Should I make an appt??

Had my 10 week appt, ultrasound last Tuesday. SInce then I've fallen when a student spilled water on the floor and I didn't see it. I caught myself on my knee which got scraped up and bruised nicely (so didn't fall on my butt).. and then today I got in a fender bender (A lady hit me from the back).. my car just has a scratch on it.

I don't want to overreact, but should I made an appt with my Dr. to make sure everything is okay?

If it will ease your mind, then yes :)  I tend to go for its better to be safe than sorry.

If you aren't having any spotting or bleeding then chances are everything is fine, but if it will make you feel better then it couldn't hurt.

As the ladies said, I would if only to make yourself feel better about it. At least call them and talk to them.

But this may make you feel a bit better too. Once I was upset because I shopping cart hit my belly, my obgyn told me that it would have to be a strong enough impact to have damaged an internal organ to have harmed the baby.

you're probably OK, but I don't think its a bad idea to call especially if it would make you feel better.

like @akifyre said you would really need seriously hard impact to cause harm

If you arent experiencing spotting or cramping you should be fine. When I pregnant I was in my second trimester and some one kicked me into a table ledge by accident (they were dancing and didnt see me behind them) I hit the table hard and was okay. If you need to ease your mind though call your Dr. they will give you a clean bill of health

Personally, I wouldn't unless you start spotting/bleeding or have a lot of pain.

Personally I wouldn't go. If you weren't worried enough to have EMS come check you or go to the ER after the wreck, then it seems like you may be overthinking of the impact now. And falling to your knees isn't like falling onto your stomach. Without any signs of spotting or cramping, I wouldn't go to the doctor.

I wouldn't bother, especially if I didn't have any red-flag symptoms such as major cramping or bleeding, but that could be bc I have a $5k deductible. My toddler jumps on my belly on a daily basis, so I'd be making a lot of appointments.

My practice has a great nurses' line to call and ask just that sort of question.  They can put your mind at ease without necessarily seeing you. If they feel it's worth having you come in, they'll ask you to make an appt.  If they don't think you'll need to, they'll at least let you know what to look our and can put your mind at ease.  Hope you feel better soon!
