This might be a strange theory, but it seems logical to me. I would imagine if you had a "shallow" innie that it would turn into an outie more quickly. On the other hand, if you have a deeper innie, it wouldn't happen until later on. I would say I won't get one until the later part of my second tri or maybe even my early to mid tri.
This is my second pregnancy. My belly bottom popped about 20 weeks last time. I'm 11 weeks so far and it's almost there! Definitely going to pop again.
