UTI after birth

I think I have a UTI but I can't imagine it being that with all the water I drink and then pee. It's been a week since I gave birth and it's just now showing signs of one. Did this happen to anyone else? Thanks!

    Its been almost 4 weeks for me, I had a csection and had to be recathed twice... I have been through two rounds of antibiotics and I'm drinking 200 oz of water a day yet I'm still peeing blood. I can't get rid of it.
