Update: L&D and in denial, freaking out, it can't be time yet!

I work at the hospital where I'm planning to deliver and was in weird pain during work today, almost didn't call my midwife but I thought I'd play it safe and call in. She had me come in for monitoring and I'm having strong contractions every 3-4 minutes apart, only 1cm dilated and partially effaced. 37 weeks tomorrow and feeling so unprepared!!! Also LO's HR dropped to 60's multiple times so they are worried about her cord and possible placental abruption?!

Yikes, all alone because my DH had to work today - I just keeping thinking I'm going to head home soon and have this baby in 3 weeks! Either way my total focus is on a healthy baby I think I'm just in shock! Anyone have any insight/advice let me know!

Update: stayed in the hospital for about 9 hours and was discharged late last night. Lo's heart rate stayed stable and contractions slowed down so I'm home resting and just "keeping an eye on it". If labor doesn't progress today I go in for monitoring tomorrow. So relieved to be home though and that LO is still cooking! Thank you to everyone for the sweet words and thoughts!!
