Screw it Saturday

It's Saturday, there's no work, DH is out and I feel like a sack of crap. I had my first throw up this morning at 8wks 6d and I have a headache, heartburn and major sleepiness to boot. Because of this I'm sitting on the sofa in my jammies, watching honey boo boo and eating Doritos and salsa.

Anyone else not give a crap today?

8:48 and I'm still in bed snuggling with the pup. H is out until mid afternoon and I have no plans to put pants on, start the laundry, or clean the bathroom.

It's 5:50 am here and I'm up because dd1 needed to nurse. But I think it's gonna be a lazy day of playing on the livingro floor and lots of naps!

I wish! Going to my little cousins soccer game and then my in laws are coming for dinner. They don't even know I'm pregnant yet. Meanwhile, I feel like complete crap!!!

Never understood honey boo boo...... it just scares me. But I have enjoyed American Pickers this week. *grins* I understand the process of literally turning into a potato on the couch. I think its very healthy from time to time.

My Poor DH has a serious toothache so we will be pretty laid back today. We are thinking of going to the Melting Pot tonight! They have a special on and we adore fondue.

I am jealous! I love the Melting Pot but hardly ever go there. Mmm.. thinking of delicious bread, veggies, and apples dipped in cheese... and of course the dessert! Now I need fondue!

I would like to be a slacker today, but can't

Got up too early today because DS woke up early...put a load of laundry on, made breakfast, DS watched Shrek while DH changed some light bulbs and I made a pumpkin cheesecake for work tomorrow.

However, I am still in pjs, need to shower, go to the grocery store and clean my floors...the inlaws are coming over tonight to watch DS so we can go out for our anniversary.

Laying on the couch watching Sofia and eating cookie crisp with my son to combat the nausea and heartburn. Got the groceries delivered this week and the day ahead is filled with vegging with my two year old while the husband works.

My pup seems to be having some seasonal allergies this weekend so I'm snuggling with her in my chair. DH just started laundry, and said he'll run to the grocery store today. I had a small bout of bad bathroom issues last night so I think he's letting me just chill with the pup this morning. I think he's going to help our neighbor build a deck later today, so I might bake some cookies to bring over. Maybe.

I need to write a 20 page case study this weekend, but at least I can do the entire thing from the couch in my yoga pants. Husband and I are going to try for a super late showing of Rush later, so I'm looking forward to spending a couple hours of my Saturday evening with Chris Hemsworth. Meow.

I'm done holding it together. I've been sick and sleep deprived for a month now and I'm done. DH watched DD this morning so I could finally sleep in, and we went out to breakfast so I didn't have to cook. He's leaving to go hunting in an hour but at least I got to slack for half a Saturday

We had back to back baseball games this morning for my son. The rest of the day I plan to lay on the couch and watch some college football. Slept like crap last night so a nap is also in my future.

Its almost 2:30 and I'm totally exhausted my son won't nap I think I bombed my stress management midterm of all things and I am behind in my math homework. I sent my husband to the store to get me brownies with the threat of tears if he brought the wrong kind home. I just want some gooey brownies so bad. Today needs to end so tomorrow can suck less

For some reason, I was hit with the nesting bug right before I got my BFP...I don't know what's wrong with me! I just organized and deep cleaned DS's room. This is a huge change, since my last pregnancy I spent the entire time laying in bed or on the couch.

It's gloomy here, and I want couch time - reading or helping DH get into Star Trek: The Original Series, either one would be so nice, but instead I'm at work. At least Saturdays are almost always super low-key here.

If they wake up DS I will hurt someone!! Sooooo I'm just pouting on the couch while they go enjoy my favorite past time. I guess I should put my cheer face on... GOOO BUCKEYES!!

I slept in until dd woke me up crying over a toy ds took from her, lol. DH got up with them thank heavens. I took a shower and now im laying around laughing my ass off watching Modern Family!
I'm going to visit my bff in the hospital, shes 26wks and they are keeping her until at least 28wks since she had her first son at 27wks. We are hoping she can do bedrest from home after 28wks since she has her DS who is 2.5.
I'm also jealohs of melting pot i love love love that place!! Although ms is so crappy right now it doesnt even sound good

Ugh that sucks- my CNM said m/s usually peaks at 9 weeks- so hopefully it's on its way out for you.

It's pretty lazy here- out for breakfast and lunch. Took a nap etc. I have about three sessions and a wedding to edit and I can't make myself go upstairs to do it!!
