FRER vs IC???

So.. I posted earlier my FRER BFPs, and just for "why not" I took some ICs and nothing. nada. zero. Has anyone else had ICs take forever to show up? The ICs I have are from amazon and exp nov 2014 in a white and pink wrapper with chinese writing. I'm thinking of getting a digital that says pregnant or not pregnant to tell DH anyways, but are my BFPs from earlier today real? or am I just making myself insane?

On the note of digitals, which ones are the best/detect the lowest level ( thinking my ticker is off and I O'd late)

My IC lines were faint for days, I was convined it was a chemical, took a FRER and it was nice and dark and the digi said pregnant. I wouldn't stress!

I had this problem with the Walmart cheapies!! I took my last cheapie like 4 or 5 days after I got my BFP on an FRER and the cheapie barely showed any line... I freaked out!! Luckily I had an FRER left, used that and it came up blaring positive right away.

FRER are just special Don't freak out!!

My IC test did not show positive until my beta level was above 200 yesterday. I had to laugh since it was supposed to be a 10/IU level test.

After getting numerous negatives on various cheapies, I got a squinter (almost not there) on one of the First Signal Walmart cheapies, and it took over the 5 minutes to show up. So I got a Walgreens brand digi that same night and it said pregnant. I know everyone says that the cheapies are just as good, but the lines are definitely a lot harder to see with them and can cause extra worry/confusion.

I've had great luck with cheapies.

My first BFP was a squinter on a dip strip from Early Pregnancy Tests at 9 DPO, confirmed with an EPT digital.

My most recent BFP was a super faint squinter on a Wondfo at 9 DPO, then a very slightly darker squinter on an 88-cent Walmart test, confirmed for real with a CBE digital.

I've only ever tested when my urine is really dark, though, usually first thing in the morning. I drink a lot of water, so midday and evening tests don't show up positive for me till around 15 DPO.

Thanks for everyone's input. I'm pretty sure I'm definitely pregnant. But will be buying a digital later today to tell DH anyways. And I think out of curiousity I will continue to take the ICs, until I run out.
