LO is 10 weeks old. When he is in the bath he really enjoys it, but as so I as take him out he screams something horrible. I imagine because he is cold. I turn off the ceiling fan in the living area so when he comes out it's not blowing on him & have tried to dry him off in the bathroom. Other than adjusting my ac I don't know what to do. I don't want to turn it off or adjust it right before he's going to sleep
We run the shower super hot before his bath to steam up the bathroom, so it's not such a shock getting out of his bath later.. We dry and dress in the bathroom as well..

we skip the baby towels since they are so thin and go with a big fluffy adult towel. It holds the heat better and doesn't feel wet to LO since we can always have a dry part on him.
Mine isn't too much happier coming out either. I found sort of swaddling the hooded towel around her and cuddling right away helps. She has a lot of hair so I try to get that dry as soon as possible too. It still takes a bit to get her totally happy again.
