Finally!

I finally got ahold of my lawyer's assistant and have a phone meeting scheduled. I have to wait until the 8th, but at least I'm on the schedule.

Main topics to talk about: filling him in on the fact that I have not heard from BD in 8 weeks and he has not seen DS in 10 weeks, wondering what can be done about his lack of paying CS, how to have it stipulated that BD is to maintain a working phone in order for DS to go (if he ever wants to see DS again, that is). And anything else I can think of before then.

I know we need to get a more comprehensive CO in place, I'm wondering if I should start on that now or see how long BD is going to go without contact........
