  So sorry. We lost our beloved Miniature Pinscher, Max,  in March to kidney failure from diabetes. I am still heartbroken over it. It's like losing a family member.

  I'm very sorry. Ten years is a very long life for a Great Dane. I hope that fact gives you comfort as you grieve.
