I really didn't want to spend too much and a friend suggested Baby Go Round off of Friars Road. It is a resale place. I did want to get a few new items and recently went to the Gap in Horton Plaza they have a good size maternity section. I also picked up a top at Macys, it was Motherhood Maternity.

Old Navy, Target, JC Penny, and Kohls. That was a lot of shopping, but I got a good spread of clothes! GAP is also a good place to go, but I haven't made my way over there yet.
My favorite has been Motherhood Maternity. There's one in Grossmont Center, and also a large outlet in the Las Americas Outlet Mall (prices are no better, but lots of selection). They are really affordable and have a lot of nice styles. Also, if you're willing to splurge a little bit, A Pea in the Pod in Fashion Valley has some gorgeous stuff and really nice jeans. Try their brand of jeans - they're a little pricey, but not as much as the designer ones they sell, and well worth it because they're MUCH more comfy than the cheap jeans you'll find at other stores (including Motherhood Maternity). Happy Shopping!
I bought a huge bag of clothes from Craigs List, and then went to Baby Go Round when I outgrew most of those pants. Baby Go Round also has "gently used" baby clothes, toys, etc.
I love Motherhood, had a lot of luck with their clothes. Pea in the Pod was way too pricey for me. The Target in Grossmont doesn't have much in the way of maternity clothes...bummer.
Try zulily - think they are associated with The Bump. They had some amazing prices earlier in the month. I also like the thrift stores prices on maternity, which is normally mixed with the plus sized clothes. I've been pregnant in the late 80's, the 90's and 20's and one thing that doesn't change - you only wear it for a short time, even if you reuse it. I've got better things to spend money on. That's my choice, though.

Ugh, I didn't find anything at Old Navy and Target doesn't have a very large selection either.
I found a good selection at Burlington Coat Factory in Clairemont. They have a good selection of baby items too.
