Lovenox ladies- question about induction

I've recently read that a lot of your docs are going to induce by 39 weeks. Why is that? Mine said they won't let anyone (blood clotting disorder or not) go past 41 weeks. I remember one of the ladies who used to head up the weekly Lovenox posts mentioned that the placenta breaks down faster with using blood thinners, but that was the only time I've heard that. Should I be concerned?

    my high risk doc the first time wouldnt let me go past my due date since there is a higher risk for clots forming in the placenta, etc as time goes on. For this pregnancy, I am seeing a different doctor and he will be inducing around 39 weeks.
