Boba issues

I've been dealing with my Boba cutting off my LO's circulation in his legs since I've gotten it. I've gotten help from the store I bought it from, babywearing groups, and have been working with the manufacturer for at least a month trying to figure it out. Has anyone ever heard of this happening before? I've heard people say SSCs are very specific to each parent/child, and I'm starting to wonder if the Boba just isn't a good fit for us?
