Meal plan/ recipes

Do you have a meal plan you follow while nursing/ taking care of a newborn, or any recipes for simple dinners you'd be willing to share?  I'm getting tired of making the few quick things I've been making every week and need more ideas for healthy lunches and snacks too.  My husband mostly only eats chicken and has dairy and gluten issues so that makes finding things for dinner even more difficult.  Thanks!

Re: Meal plan/ recipes

  • The crock pot is very useful for me. Beef Stew, Chinese Pepper Steak (recipe on allrecipes.com) and shredded chicken for enchiladas or tacos are my go tos.

I just throw everything in during a morning nap.

Those are pretty much all gf too, if you use corn tortillas for tacos.

Lurking from S13 and wanted to share.
Quesadillas! Get some medium tortillas. Throw some diced raw chicken in a pan with olive oil and s & p or whatever you'd like to use. Sprinkle cheese on one tortilla, add chicken, and place another one over top. I like to pile on salsa and sour cream. If you have taco bell sauce packets laying around, that works great. Quick, easy and fairly healthy :)

ETA just saw tacos was mentioned! My bad
