How long did you cramp for after you gave birth?

    I'm 19 days pp. I still get occasional cramps if I'm active, but they've lightened up quite a bit since delivery.

    I am 9 weeks pp and I'm still getting them just not as much. I told DH today that my ovaries hurt :/. Really dreading when my cycle appears again bc I think the cramps will be really bad...

    I didn't even start cramping until a week and a half after giving birth! I'm 2 weeks pp now and still experiencing them :(
