not p-s related: went apple picking, looking for recipes!

Besides apple pie, apple crisp, apple oatmeal, apple pie crescents and apple muffins? (I know applesauce too but I don't have the tools nor the time)

Anyone have good things to make with apples that can be frozen and/or are not a dessert? I'm going to gain a million pounds with all these apple desserts!

    I just peel and core the apples, cook them and food processor them for applesauce.  Dinner tonight was pork chops and apples in the crockpot.  Honestly, bedtime snack last night was caramel apples.  They were yummy, and counted as a fruit, right?!?!  Other than that, I think you're stuck with plain old apples.

    You can make applesauce in the crock pot.  Then you can freeze in mini-Ziploc containers for packed lunches.
