Where did it come from??

Came home to a delivery of the exersaucer from our registry sitting on our porch! So yay! Checked the delivery slip to see what lovely family or friend bought it for us. Um...no idea. I do not know the person. It is not a friend of DH. It was from WAY across the country (OR to our FL...). So where did it come from?? Wrong person? Random act of kindness? Weird! And it's from our Amazon registry but came from Walmart. There no message either. So so strange...!

    This happened to me too! I called Buy Buy Baby and they had no way of finding out either. Now I have to ask everyone which is ACKWARD.

    That's great, but also frustrating since you have no clue who it is! For my wedding rsvps, I had *several* people who wrote down the number of people attending and food choice..but failed to write their name. Sooo that was a whole lot of fun figuring out who it was out of the 250 ppl invited! Definitely ask your parents, they probably have a better idea!

    This happened to me too. But luckily you can go on Amazon to see who bought it.

    Is the name on the packing slip the "bill to" info?  Could it be a significant other of someone you know (therefore, not having the same last name)? 

    This happened for our wedding; we didn't recognize the "bill to" name and it was the only info with the gift--it was the wife of DH's coworker who uses her maiden name.
