Checking in at my Neurologist's office 10 minutes ago, the receptionist told me:
"I just want to warn you, Dr. C is running at least 90 minutes behind this morning." Bright side, at least they told me so I don't feel bad about running to the bathroom every 15 minutes. But man, I'm already hungry. Wish I brought a snack.
Does anyone else feel like their time has no value today?
Re: At least they're being honest
If it were any other doctor, I totally would have done that. But I LOVE this guy. He actually listens to my answers to is questions and we come up with a treatment plan together (no small task considering the rapidly evolving state of multiple sclerosis treatment, the poisons that may be best for my condition, and my desire to breastfeed LO come December). I know every doctor *should* consider their patients preferences and concerns, but this is the ONE I've met who actually does. So I'm being patient. Hungry, but patient.
