TTC while Breastfeeding

Is anybody else trying to get pregnant while breastfeeding? 
My son is 10 months and we have been trying to conceive for a few months now. I am not even sure that I would call it TTC since I have yet to have my PPAF. 
Looking to see if anybody else is in the same boat. 

Here's to hoping we catch the first egg. :)

    I have conceived 3 times while breast feeding. I am currently nursing while pregnant, although my toddler only nurses 1-2 times/day now. Good luck!

    LO just turned 1 and we're now "officially" TTC, though nothing was really stopping us before.  My mother ended up pregnant with my brother before seeing her PPAF (thought she couldn't get pregnant because she was nursing.  Surprise!).  

    Not sure when we're going stop nursing yet, but I'm not letting it hold us back from trying for #2.

    Have you had your period yet? We've introduced supplemental fluids and more foods so he's nursing very little now. Maybe a few times a day and once at night. That's like half of what we were doing before so I hope that it's enough to get my period to come back. 
    When you say "not letting it hold us back" do you mean that you would wean to TTC?
    I've been thinking lately that if Finn's over 1 and we still haven't conceived that we may wean even more than we have. Probably not completely because that would just cause problems. We'll see.

    I weaned my LO in August and got AF 12 days later. I think dropping the night nursing or at least spacing out the nursing is what helped. I may be ku now but we'll see in a few weeks. Edit btw I hadn't had AF in over 2 years.
