Intro second high risk pregnancy

Just introducing myself as I am due in April with my second high risk pregnancy. I have a wonderful and healthy 20 month old son that was born at 36 weeks. We suffered with fertility issues and it took us 2 years to conceive our first with the help of a RE and our son was the result of fertility meds and an IUI. I have a double uterus that is tilted toward my back. My team of high risk doctors all love working on/with me as they are all fascinated with my freakish nature of double uterus and only one cervix. 

Last pregnancy was in the left side and this one is in the right side so it is a fun new adventure of the unknown again. This pregnancy was actually conceived naturally to our surprise. We had been trying again since November of 2012 and not really expecting anything to happen, so we are over the moon happy! I have had some light spotting over the past 2 weeks but did have a quick scan at 8 weeks that confirmed a heartbeat..so fingers crossed that this baby sticks! We are so happy, but nervous at the same time...I hate that I can never just have a normal pregnancy to enjoy, rather am worried and nervous the entire time that something may go wrong. Anyway thanks for reading my story and I appreciate any T&Ps for a healthy pregnancy and wish the same to you!
