So last night I brought up that Dh should figure out when he wanted to get his Vasectomy. This WAS the plan after we had 2 babies. While Last night he was like well they arent 100% effective and blah blah blah. I was like WTF really. I told him well I guess we arent going to be having sex again since that is the only way to be 100% effective. ugh men

On a side note- I think I need to stop walking around the mall or doing so much. Today we (Ds & I) were at the mall for about an hour and my gosh I started to get some cramps, bh, and some pains. So I guess if I want her to stay in til Oct 1, I better relax a bit!

Well he's right. They aren't 100%. Do you think he's just nervous about the surgery? Men are big wimps when it comes to their genitals.

I know they arent 100% but no birth control is! And that is really my point. I've had IF issues in the past so with any BC I think it would be pretty dang close to 100%. I think he's just being a big baby about it.

I want DH to get one. We have no plans to have any more children. I suck at remembering to take pills, and BC messes me up so bad. I don't have insurance, we pay for all my stuff OOP. He has insurance and it will cover the big V. He doesn't want to do it. I'm planning on readdressing the subject when he is sleep deprived from an infant and horny from no sex. Can we say manipulation?

the plan has always been for my h to get a V after two..but on one of these threads a few weeks/months ago..someone mentioned..if something happened to one of us (divorce), or i DIE.. would h want to get remarried/have more kids? he's only 29, so he won't be old/weird, even if it were 5-10 years from now.

i haven't told him about my hesitations yet, since he's still on plan to get the V.

DH is getting one. But he has quite a few friends and cousins that have gone before him. Does he know anyone that has had one? Not that they need to sit and talk around their junk but I think DH finds it comforting to know that their are other guys in his life that have had one.

Plus we said at 35 we would be done and we will both be 35 next year.

I keep telling my DH he's getting one. If I had to suffer for 18 months and stitches in my vag he can suffer a little snip and stitch.

Us too! DH is 45 I'm 33. I KNOW I am done. He jokes about more, but only because he likes the belly. Damn sicko. lol
