  I'm excited about finishing our laundry room. When we moved in it was super fugly. We have everything ripped out. We just need to paint, put a new light fixture, get some standard cabinets and hardware, then we will be done! And finally will have a place to fold stuff so we can get it all put away.

  I'm excited that it's almost DD's bedtime.
  
  I'm also excited that in a few short weeks we will be remodeling our kitchen.
  
  I am not excited about living through said remodel.

  I was excited about a group-work assignment I had planned for tonight's class. It didn't work out like I thought it would, and I'm bummed.

  I was excited for Moms Night Out last night.  And I was even more excited that the baby stayed asleep the whole time I was gone, and DD1 was in bed by the time I got home.
  
  I was much less excited that the baby woke up five minutes after I fell asleep, then again at 3, 5, and 6:45.
