So I was volunteered to be the parent helper for vintage photo day at the daycare. I spent all dreaming morning dressing up these stinky toed runny nosed darlings.
So the three year old teacher-who also has a son there in the 4 year old class) would tell the kids in her class before each I their pictures to smile big for their mommy....then she would say I love you....then kiss them... On the lips.
I was in shock. I would become super rude if I had seen her do that to Cooper. I'm getting mad thinking about what I would do is she did do that to her. It's just awkward and uncomfortable to me.
What would you do if a stranger or the kiddos teacher kissed them on he lips???
Re: Weird awkward moment
Even a minor event in the life of a child is an event of that child's world and thus a world event.
As a mother though I think it's totally over the line.
