12 weeks 3 days

I just got the referral so I can schedule my anatomy scan appointment. Will be mid to late November.

Finally hit the 12 week mark...

Looking forward to the second tri glow and burst of energy. I remember feeling really good during second tri with DS. I still don't look preg, just like I ate too much, so I'm looking forward to that brief window when I have a cute bump... before I start looking and feeling huge. Haha.

How many weeks are you?

Boy, Girl, Team Green, or U/S date? Finally got a date! November 18th! Unfortunately we have to wait till 21 weeks since they wouldn't schedule me prior to 20, and the week we were going to go DH has Class, and made it very apparent he wants to be there.

Milestones/ questions/ vents? 2nd Tri!!! Wooo Hooo!

Only vent is I am feeling huge and am constipated like whoa! Not sure what I will attempt to do next to get a bowel movement in motion.

QOTW: For those early in pregnancy, what are you most looking forward to about being pregnant again?

I am looking forward to being in the 2nd Tri and feeling better and getting my energy back. Aside from that I am looking foward to spending as much time with DD in her final months as our one and only.

For those who are nearing the end, what will you miss the most about being pregnant?

28 weeks

Baby girl

Just took the 3 hour GD test again. Hoping I pass.

I just started 3rd tri and now have bi weekly appointments. I feel like this pregnancy is going by much faster than Aiden's did. I am trying to enjoy it as this is our last baby. I am so excited to meet our little girl though. I can't believe I only have 11 weeks till my RCS. Need to get going on her nursery.

How many weeks are you? 40.5, and never even thought I'd go overdue!

Boy, Girl, Team Green, or U/S date? Green

Milestones/ questions/ vents? FIL came this past weekend and left. This time last week we were so glad we nearly "made it" to his visit so the baby could come, and then s/he never did! We're actually in the same boat again, because now my dad is coming tomorrow. So I'm actually pretty chill right now, though now the pressure is on again for this baby to come. The only difference is that this time I have an appointment tomorrow when we'll talk about induction, etc. There WILL be an end date to this one way or another.

QOTW: For those early in pregnancy, what are you most looking forward to about being pregnant again? haha, all I have to look forward to now is labor/delivery...yikes!

For those who are nearing the end, what will you miss the most about being pregnant? The movement is really cool...for a while in the middle there (now not as much). I think it's the best part of pregnancy. Some of the attention is also nice, especially when it's someone like a little old lady. I think when I go to the hospital for my appointments I often brighten the day of an old person who is there for a not-as-wonderful reason. The reminder of new life is always a good thing.

37 weeks team pink

I really need to make it to Friday before I have this kid. However, I'm having contractions and period like cramps. With ds, my water just broke on its own so I'm really not sure when I should call/go to L&D

I'll miss her kicking me. I love feeling her move

omg how exciting! I half expect you to deliver before I do (because it's funny) except that would not be that funny because I don't wish on you to have a preemie or anything! So...I do hope you make it to term or whenever is most healthy for that baby! In case it helps at all, I've been having braxton hicks contractions SOOOOOOO much more this pregnancy than with DS, and apparently that is common with 2nd timers. As I approached my due date (and went past it! haha) the contractions became more painful and more common. But never did they become regular or turn into actual labor. I can't help you if yours are regular...that sounds like labor (but could still be false labor)...but to have the contractions here and there, even when they feel painful, is something that can happen WAY before you actually deliver. I hope you have nothing to worry about!

Since I'm 37 weeks today I'm considered "term" and she should be fine so I'm not worried about it too much. I just wish I knew when to go to L&D. I'm scared of delivering on the side of the road *cough @missmuffin *cough lol

And that would be really funny if I went before you!

just chiming in, i had TONS of contractions the few weeks before duncan actually came, they were significant and even consistently spaced sometimes. i would try to go to bed thinking it was it, and it wasnt. but i knew it was really time when i felt the same pain i had during the first labor. did you labor hard anywhere specifically? for me it was my thighs. so the night the pain was in my thighs, i knew it was real. there was no mistaking it. hopefully you'll feel it and you will just know.

My back. I had nothing but back labor. And my back has been killing me today. Dh thinks it's real. I think it's fake. We've got the bags in the car just in case but I think we will be fine at least through this week

I'm 20 weeks...half baked!

Just found out its another boy!

I'm smack in the middle so I'm going to answer both QOTW. I'm looking forward to meeting this little nugget and watching E interact with him. I can't wait to watch them grow up together and play and be best buddies. I'm going to miss being pregnant. I know this is my last pregnancy and I'm trying to enjoy every minute, but its going by so fast and it's hard to slow down with a toddler around.

I am 22 weeks!

Team Blue.

I am already not sleeping at night and I'm only halfway there. My hips are KILLING me at night. I toss and turn all night. It's not fair that you don't get to continue sleeping well until the brand new little screamer arrives.

I love all the comments about Belly, from friends to coworkers to strangers. Everyone just loves talking about a Belly! It's nice that DH can now feel baby; it will be really cool when we can actually see the movement. I loved that with DS.

37 weeks with boy #2!

I thought I was in labor last Saturday! It was J's first night sleeping over at grandma & grandpa's house so DH and I went mini golfing, and walked around the mall a bunch. We went to a really late movie, and halfway through I started having back pain, and regular painful contractions. I didn't even have my hospital bag packed. lol As soon as the movie was over and I stood up the contractions stopped, though.

We had a growth scan yesterday because of my GD and he is measuring large, but not as large as he was at my 29 weeks scan. He's estimated to be 9lbs at 40 weeks, plus or minus. So my OB would rather that I not go past my due date. I'm hoping to jump start things at 39 weeks.

I am going to miss feeling him move, it's something really special that you can only experience when pregnant. I love talking to him in there and trying to figure out what body part he's poking out.

@jarebearsmom Not at this point. My OB said she would like me to go into labor any time between now and my due date. I plan to let her strip my membranes at 39 weeks and then I'll be doing all the OWT.
