Reflux?

LO eats like a machine! He makes a throat clearing noise often. He also is often upset after feedings and pumps his legs. He doesn't always spit up, but it is definitely for over half of his feedings.Is there anything specific I should be looking for?

    I agree that arching her back and stretching the neck up very long while crying are signs to look for. Also with DD I can smell a strong vomit smell on her breath while she is crying even though she hasn't spit up. Popping off the breast or bottle after just a few swallows and crying as if in pain is common as well.

    Mine DD had major spit ups, lots of screaming that would only be temporarily fixed by feeding more. The biggest for us is that she could NEVER lay flat on her back. She would scream and scream whenever we would try.

    Also, waking from sleep screaming and sticking their tongue out a lot. Sometimes our LO would sound like he was chewing on stuff even when he wasn't eating.
