No updates really. I graduated yesterday.  I wasn't expecting to until 14w, but they said everything looks good, see ya next time ;)  It's weird being "normal".

QOTW - I had purchased a lot of maternity clothes when I thought TTC was going to be easy.  They have been sitting packed away for 5 years.  I have bought a pair of pants for work because I'm not quite ready for a full belly, but my bloat was just making my regular pants too uncomfortable.  I have worn them a few times.  But, I heard that around 12 weeks the bloat could potentially go away!  I have everything crossed for that!

@KaraBear4409 - Good Luck with all your upcoming test!  And I must say, I'm a little jealous that you get to still wear your sundresses.  I'm north of the border, and it's starting to cool down up here.  I wear shift dresses to work when I can, but other than that I'm stuffing myself into pants.

No update here. I don't have any appointments this week and I am very impatiently awaiting my first ob appt on Tuesday.

Qotd. I haven't bought any yet or started thinking about it- I probably should as I am sure time flies. I need to learn the rubber band trick- I am so bloated by the end of the day that I am already uncomfortable some days!

I think this might be my last check in?!

I had my NT scan yesterday and got to see him looking like a baby for the first time! I say "him" because the tech guessed boy but I know it's still too early to know for sure. Everything looked good on the u/s and just have to wait until next week to know about the bloodwork.

QOTW: I bought 1 pair of work pants and then some leggings that were on sale. I did break out the legging last night but I am still wearing my regular clothes. However, my jeans aren't so comfy right now so I just ordered a pair of 7s! I will probably be in them next week :)

Hi everyone! No real updates this week, just waiting for my next appointment to make sure we're still on track. 3 more weeks is so long!

QOTW I'm not wearing maternity clothes yet but I am wearing a belly band daily because none of my pants will zip. I know it's thanks to bloating so am hoping it'll go down soon, but I ordered my first shipment of maternity clothes this week, just in case!

I ordered from motherhood, they're having a 30% off sale on the Jessica Simpson line plus extra 20% off everything and free shipping. Not bad! 20% off ends today I think...

I still can't believe I'm hear. I feel so blessed!

Had another ultrasound this morning to see how a week of bed rest has affected my SCH. The damn things actually got bigger, so I have another week of bed rest and a follow-up ultrasound on Friday. I can say that I love getting all these extra ultrasounds to see baby. RE said I'm measuring 8 weeks, but that the measurement could be off a few days, so I'll just go off of LMP. It's hard not to feel frustrated and disappointed that I'm trying to reduce these stupid SCHs and it's not helping. Trying not to stress about missing work, either. But we worked so hard to get to this point that I won't let anything hurt our baby.

QOTW: 7 1/2 weeks and nothing fits. I'm still bloated from the follistim, and it's only getting worse! Last time I got away with my regular clothes and then bella bands for a while, but I'm thinking I may have to bust out the maternity clothes bin from the garage pretty soon. I am going to make some new purchases but will wait a few more weeks. Good thing I don't need to worry about getting dressed for work for at least another week! Hiding the "bloat" is getting harder!

I have another appointment on 9/25 with my RE, and my NT scan is scheduled for 10/9.  My stomach is super bruised from the Lovenox.  When I do the shots every night, it is the only time in my life I am happy to be chunky.

We got to see our little bean at the first OB appointment on Thursday. So cute how it was squirming all around! Scheduled NT but not positive we'll do it, I need to check to see if insurance covers it. Super lucky that my symptoms have been very mild to this point.

QOTW: I purchased work maternity pants on sale online from Gap shortly after BFP. Still wont need them for awhile and hope they look better filled out b/c right now they are NOT CUTE!

I did have to buy larger bras and busted out the Beband for first time this week to wear with pants that barely fit before BFP. It worked like a charm and I'm excited to get more wear out if my regular clothes before having to go to maternity.

7 weeks tomorrow still just hanging out. Terrible awful plumbing issues seems to be my biggest noticeable symptom, other than that.....pretty hungry but can't eat much at one time and an occasional twinge of nausea. We had our 2nd ultrasound last Tuesday where we saw the heartbeat....for some reason my RE won't let you listen, beats me. Next and final u/s is this upcoming Tuesday. I can't believe I'm being released to an OB in three days. Holy crap on a cracker!!!!

QOTD: I went last weekend and bought two stretchy skirts for work. On the weekend I'm fine in my yoga pants but its work clothes that are becoming an issue. I'm super bloated and none of my dress pants fit. I've been considering getting maternity clothes now but holy moly are they expensive.....I'm thinking I might put my MIL on the case she is the queen of bargain shopping :)

14weeks today, and this is my last check-in. So grateful to have made it this far!
After a bleeding scare last week and discovering an endocervical polyp, I've been pulled from work for the rest of the pregnancy and placed on modified bedrest. Babies are all growing well and right on track!
QOTD: I have all my mat clothes from my pregnancy with DS and they have all been in rotation already. I was crazy bloated initially and then popped at about 10 weeks. There is no hope for regular clothes other than yoga pants now. Even my shirts are too small.

11w1d here. (My EDD is 4/11.. for some reason it's blank above) Everything is going well as far as I know. My graduation RE app and first OB appointment are scheduled for Monday, but I just found out I have jury duty the same day. Ack! (See separate post about that...)

I have bought quite a few maternity things - all at discounts or on clearance. I got a few jeans, shirts and slacks from Ross and online from Target on clearance. I also bought a few things from a gal near me on Craigslist. I can still fit my biggest clothes and most of my regular pants with the bella band, but the maternity stuff is so much more comfortable. I'm still trying to
"hide" it, though so I only wear some of the new things because some make me look a lot more obviously pregnant than I want at this point. ;)

May I please be added? EDD 5/15, just one little bean. I'm already having nausea, so that's no fun.
QOTD: I haven't bought any maternity clothes yet. I think I borrowed 90% of my stuff last time, but not sure if that will be an option this time around. Hopefully I can wait until 12 weeks, since I'm keeping it secret until then. I do have a Bella band though that I will hopefully be able to use for a while.

@MaiThaiBeth - ((hugs)) to you.  Sounds like your appointment was a little overwhelming.  Hoping your upcoming appointment can calm your nerves a little.

@TJ1979 - I hope your nausea desn't get any worse for you.  I feel bad for you ladies who have to deal with horrible nausea and vomitting, I can't even imagine.

@zazu13 - I know what you mean about keeping it quiet until 12 weeks, but the clothes are so comfortable.  I don't know why we don't wear these pants all the time, LOL.

@rcnavywife - CONGRATS on second tri...and I hope you don't have any more scares

@megs3084 - sorry your sch didn't go away :(  I hope it doesn't give you any more trouble.

QOTW: Ive bought some maternity pants, no shirts yet. I can still get away with wearing non maternity clothes, but they are tight and uncomfortable. I really don't like the feeling of the Bella Band, so I've been wearing the maternity bottoms every once in awhile! SOOOO COMFORTABLE!

We had a scare last week....heavy bleeding.  DH rushed me to ER.  They did bloodwork and an ultrasound.  The tech that took my blood was interesting.  She got the needle in the top of my hand and then it got caught on her watch and pulled out.  She tried one more time in that spot...couldn't get it so then she went to my wrist area.  Then she looked at me and said...you look upset.  No lady...I'm here because I thought it would be fun.  The U/S tech came in (sweet girl) and began the U/S.  Two fast heartbeats!!  Both babies were dancing around and doing great!  HUGE sigh of relief.  She did notice some "extra" blood and she figured that was why I bled so bad.  I had my first OB appointment two days after that and everything looks great.  Babies are measuring right on track and heartbeats are 171 and 161!

QOTD:  I bought the Bella Band and some bigger size jeans.  I went to a rummage sale this weekend and found some maternity shirts for $1 each!  SCORE!
