I just struggled through a "The Firm" DVD (circa 2004). 35 minutes of agony. But hey, it's a start, right? Hoping this will help with my stress... and my non fitting clothes.
I've been meaning to start my 30 Day Shred videos for about 2 months now... my excuse is that LO isn't STTN yet so I'm too tired lol! Maybe you'll inspire me!!!!
Way to go! That's more motivation than I have. Though I have been intentionally taking Lex for walks using the Bjorn instead of her stroller so I can feel the burn. It's also much harder (read: embarrassing) to eat a mid-walk cookie when the crumbs keep falling on your child's head.
The good news is, if you were working out before, your body will bounce back quicker than you think....just keep it up for a week or two, and you'll feel better than if you've never worked out before. Also, remember that weight loss is 20% exercise, and 80% nutrition.....that always makes me feel better if I miss a work out or don't feel like it was the best one.

OP, I feel ya. I started stroller strides today and was mortified by how difficult it was! But I am so glad I finally started.
