What do you have your little ones in? Soft soled or hard soled? DD has been walking for about a month (with a few spills here and there), so we took her to Stride Rite yesterday for a fitting and for shoes. They recommended the Stage 3 walker shoes that have a harder sole, but I'm wondering if she needs to be in the Stage 2 softer-soled shoes.
This is what we got her yesterday:

This is a Stage 2 shoe that I think she should be in...?

Re: Shoes for bebes
I absolutely love them and he just grew out of his original ones, so I bought a bigger size. I don't see a reason to move to a harder sole just yet.

DD's been walking for about a month. We had her in the Robeez for the longest time. But I really only put them on her when we'd go out so that I wouldn't look like a hillbillie! We got DD measured at StrideRight about 2 weeks ago and they suggested either the stage 2 or 3. I decided to go with the stage 2 because she's been walking for such a short period of time, I wanted her to have the flexibility of the softer soles. She's adjusted to them pretty well.
I haven't gone all out and gotten her a bunch of shoes yet, but I plan on keeping her in the solfter soled ones for a bit.

At 20-week anatomy scan found IUGR (Intrauterine Growth Restriction), and very low Amniotic Fluid. Now, I'm High Risk and have weekly ultrasounds to monitor fluid and growth. If baby runs out of room or is too growth restricted, they will deliver ASAP. My current goal is to make it to 28 weeks!
